HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDERS?

All Singapore orders are sent via our own delivery service or via SingPost.

All overseas orders are sent by registered mail via SingPost.

 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDERS?

Typically, local packages will reach you between 2 to 4 working days. Overseas packages will reach you between 7 to 14 working days from placing your orders. We will send you an email when the package is sent out.

 

CAN I SELF COLLECT MY ORDERS?

Yes...You are welcome to do that. Please do contact us if you would like to self collect your orders. If your orders fall below $20, we will refund your delivery charge. You can collect at our office:

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?

At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards and Paypal payments.

It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.

Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card that is supported by Paypal.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED OR LOST?

In the event of damaged goods received, we kindly request that you email us photo proof before we re-send the goods to you at no cost, subject to availability.

In the event of lost package, we will contact Singpost to verify that your order is indeed lost and re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.

CAN I GET A DISCOUNT IF I WANT TO PURCHASE AN ITEM IN BULK?

Yes we can arrange that. Simply email us the items and quantity you require and we will send you a discount code accordingly.
